Journal Drawing week 2 071022<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Another overly exciting week. Overly because my energy levels are depleted and I feel like a wet dishrag.<\/p>\n

Monday 03 10<\/u><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Started the week on Monday <\/u><\/strong>morning with a tutorial in the studio with Tania. We talked a about artspeak and my irritation at it. Interesting that TK raised the idea of small talk in a drawing \u2013 extraneous material that is not necessary to the how and why of the drawing. Eg the first equinox drawing I did and the surface decoration being basically noise that gets in the way.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We discussed play and the wee film that I made of the proof that the equation that I used for the equinox drawing was correct. Again, could have been cleaner. Less extraneous material. The cardboard background was interference.<\/p>\n
